Resumen: Tacna, la “Ciudad Heroica”, donde nacieron poetas, escritores, historiadores, militares y otras insignes personalidades de los diferentes campos del quehacer humano, conformando hombres y mujeres dignos de emular, constituyen el patrimonio social, que a manera de legado mantienen para sus hijos y para las generaciones venideras de esta hermosa región, así como para el Perú, en su totalidad.
Abstract: Tacna, the “Heroic City”, where poets, writers, historians, soldiers, and other distinguished personalities from the different fields of human activity were born, forming men and women worthy of emulation, constitute the social heritage, which as a legacy they maintain for their children and for future generations of this beautiful region, as well as for Peru, as a whole.
