Resumen: La presente crónica de opinión trata de explicar en tres entregas cómo ha sido posible que el grupo liberal progresista que gobierna el Perú desde hace 20 años, habiendo obtenido en las elecciones del 2016 un contundente rechazo popular que lo emplazó en una minoría política, logra el día de hoy recuperar el control de los tres poderes del Estado después de dos intentos del grupo conservador para recuperar el poder que inicialmente recibió del pueblo el 2016. Para ello buscaremos recordar la situación electoral del 2016, luego se analizará los factores de desestabilización del sistema político en sus tres componentes: Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, para finalmente obtener una lectura de la coyuntura actual y sus proyecciones a las elecciones del 2021.
Abstract: This opinion chronicle tries to explain in three installments how it has been possible for the progressive liberal group that has governed Peru for 20 years, having obtained a resounding popular rejection in the 2016 elections that placed it in a political minority, to achieve the today to regain control of the three powers of the State after two attempts by the conservative group to regain the power that it initially received from the people in 2016. To do this we will seek to remember the electoral situation of 2016, then we will analyze the factors of destabilization of the system political in its three components: Executive, Legislative and Judicial, to finally obtain a reading of the current situation and its projections for the 2021 elections.
