Resumen: La función militar es sin dura una loable pero difícil tarea ha cumplir. Sobre todo cuando existen dos posturas distintas de ver a los militares por parte de la ciudadanía. Es por ello necesario explorar; si un militar debe o no tener habilidades para comunicarse ante una nación; las habilidades de orador en los militares ha conseguido a lo largo de la historia hitos importantes, no obstante en las manos equivocadas también suele representar un grave problema.
Abstract: The military function is certainly a praiseworthy but difficult task to fulfill. Especially when there are two different views of the military from the public. It is therefore necessary to explore; whether or not a military should have skills to communicate with a nation; speaking skills in the military has achieved important milestones throughout history, however in the wrong hands it also often represents a serious problem.
