Resumen: ¿Cómo estaba organizado el mundo a principios del Siglo XX? ¿ Cuál era el Balance de Poder hasta antes de la I Guerra Mundial? ¿Cuál era la Concepción de Seguridad que se adhería la mayoría de los Estados? ¿Por qué se conformó la Organización de Naciones Unidas? ¿Cuáles fueron las consecuencias de la II guerra Mundial? ¿ La Guerra Fría fue un enfrentamiento Político, Económico, Social, Tecnológico, Ambiental y Militar entre dos ideologías? ¿Cuáles fueron las consecuencias del fin de la Guerra Fría? ¿La Post Guerra Fría fue un cambio significativo en el equilibrio del poder? ¿Los ataques del 11 de septiembre 2001, marcaron el verdadero fin de la Post Guerra Fría? ¿Se dio inicio a una nueva concepción de la seguridad en el hemisferio, en un espacio de transición estratégica? ¿ Cómo está organizado el nuevo Orden Mundial a principios de la segunda década del siglo XXI? ¿Cuál es la actual estructura de Poder y el carácter geopolítico que rige hoy? ¿Cómo está constituido? ¿Cómo y quienes la conforman? ¿Qué puede devenir en el futuro? ¿Qué factores propulsan estos procesos, como potenciador de nuevas amenazas, preocupaciones y desafíos? ¿Existe un nuevo Orden Mundial y avanzaremos hacia un orden mundial multipolar? ¿la actual Guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania, genera un cambio en la geopolítica internacional o un nuevo Orden Mundial?.
Abstract: How was the world organized at the beginning of the 20th century? What was the Balance of Power like before World War I? What was the Concept of Security adhered to by most States? Why was the United Nations formed? What were the consequences of World War II? Was the Cold War a Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental and Military confrontation between two ideologies? What were the consequences of the end of the Cold War? Was the Post-Cold War a significant change in the balance of power? Did the attacks of September 11, 2001, mark the true end of the Post-Cold War? Has a new conception of security begun in the hemisphere, in a space of strategic transition? How is the new World Order organized at the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century? What is the current power structure and the geopolitical character that governs today? How is it constituted? How and who make it up? What can happen in the future? What factors drive these processes, as a driver of new threats, concerns, and challenges? Is there a new world order and will we move towards a new multipolar world order? Does the current war between Russia and Ukraine generate a change in international geopolitics or a new World Order?.
