Resumen: El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las principales conclusiones de la CVR y su impacto en la actualidad. Para este fin se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica que profundiza en las cinco conclusiones que se consideran más relevantes, los remanentes que todavía son constantes en la Amazonía nacional, la controversia respecto del Informe Final de la CVR, los juicios en contra de los terroristas y los riesgos que ello genera, la deformación en la aplicación de las leyes, la situación de las Fuerzas Armadas (FFAA) y la Policía Nacional el Perú (PNP), y los discursos de los actores públicos que podrían agravar más la situación de invisibilización por la que tuvieron que pasar tanto las víctimas como sus familiares. La conclusión general alcanzada es que las brechas de diferenciación que causaron el terrorismo en el país podrían no haberse solucionado, después de la manera en que la nación víctima fue tratada, lo que impacta de manera negativa a la consolidación de una identidad y unidad nacional.
Abstract: The objective of this article is to analyze the main conclusions of the TRC and their impact today. To this end, a bibliographic review has been carried out to delve into the five conclusions considered most relevant, the remnants that are still constant in the national Amazon, the controversy regarding the CVR’s Final Report, the trials against terrorists and the risks that this generates, the deformation in the application of laws, the situation of the Armed Forces and the PNP and the discourses of public actors that could further aggravate the situation of invisibility that both the victims and their families had to go through. The general conclusion reached is that the differentiation gaps that caused terrorism in the country may not have been solved, after the way in which the victim nation was treated, which has a negative impact on the consolidation of a national identity and unity.
