Más de un siglo de Conflictos
Artículo N° 05 de la Revista Xauxa N° 4, Año II
Resumen: ¿Cuál es el origen de este conflicto?, que cada vez es más intenso, sangriento y no parece tener fecha de caducidad; ¿Cómo alcanzar la paz?. Para responder estas interrogantes he dividido el presente artículo en cuatro partes; el primero, “Génesis del un Conflicto”, trata sobre los inicios de los diferentes movimientos nacionalistas de ambos pueblos [Israelíes y Palestinos] a finales del Siglo XIX; la segunda parte, “Promesa Incumplida”, se trata de los acuerdos celebrados entre occidente y los árabes durante la I y II Guerra Mundial; la tercera parte, “Se desata la Tormenta”, describe las guerras y conflictos desarrollados entre árabes y judíos desde 1948 hasta el año 2000; en la cuarta parte, “Buscando la Paz”, trataré los esfuerzos por alcanzar un acuerdo de paz entre ambas partes involucradas. Terminando la presente presentación emitiendo algunas conclusiones, teniendo en cuenta el punto de vista del derecho internacional.
Abstract: What is the origin of this conflict? How to achieve peace? To answer these questions, I have divided this articles into four parts; the first, “Genesis of a Conflict”, talk about with the beginnings of the different nationalist movement of both side [Palestinians and Israelis] in the late nineteenth century; the second part, “Broken Promise”, which deals with the agreements concluded between the West and the Arabs during World War I and II; the third part, “The Storm Breaks Out”, explain about the wars and conflicts developed between Arabs and Jews from 1948 to 2000; in part four, “Seeking Peace”, will discuss efforts to reach a peace agreement two sides of the conflict [Arabs and Jews]. Finally, will end this by issuing some conclusions from the International Law of view.
