Resumen: Numerosas anécdotas, historias y circunstancias complicadas acompañan la memoria de todos los soldados que luchamos contra la organización terrorista que declaró la guerra al estado peruano; muchas quedarán en el olvido, pero muchas también merecen ser escritas y puestas en conocimiento público para que como bien manifiesta el autor constituye un deber tener presente que “la política se dirime en el campo de las ideas con lápiz, papel, acción, doctrina y buenas prácticas” y no alentando la muerte y la violencia sin control. El TC Carlos Enrique Freyre, nos ofrece en esta edición de la Revista Xauxa un auspicioso adelanto de lo que será su próxima novela publicada por la editorial Española Alfaguara, donde relata las circunstancias en que un Sub Oficial del Ejército (Aurelio García) le pide que cuente su historia como “asistente” del conocido dirigente senderista “camarada Feliciano”; su lectura nos transportará a una serie de hechos para tener presente la necesidad de cerrar definitivamente una etapa de la historia del Perú que no debe repetirse.
Abstract: Numerous anecdotes, stories and complicated circumstances accompany the memory of all the soldiers who fight against the terrorist organization that declared war on the Peruvian state; many will be forgotten, but many also deserve to be written and made public so that, as the author well states, it is a duty to keep in mind that “politics is settled in the field of ideas with pencil, paper, action, doctrine and good practices” and not encouraging uncontrolled death and violence The TC Carlos Enrique Freyre, offers us in this edition of Xauxa Magazine an auspicious preview of what will be his next novel published by the Spanish publisher Alfaguara, where he recounts the circumstances in that an Army Sub-Official (Aurelio García) asks him to tell his story as an “assistant” to the well-known Shining Path leader “comrade Feliciano”; reading it will transport us to a series of events to keep in mind the need to definitively close a stage in the history of Peru that should not be repeated.
